Dr. Stephanie Baynes is the founder of Stillwaters Assessment & Neuropsychological Services (SWANS). She earned her Doctor of Clinical Psychology degree from George Fox University in Oregon in 2015 and completed advanced training in neuropsychological assessment.
She started SWANS to create a practice that feels compassionate, approachable, and supportive. At the heart of her work is the belief that every person deserves to be heard and valued. Dr. Baynes is committed to assessments that bring clarity and direction—not confusion or stress. She works collaboratively with each patient, providing a safe and welcoming space to be heard and understood while developing practical next steps together.
